Proposed Redevelopment – Community Consultation
Dear Neighbour, further to our recent correspondence we want to let you know about proposals for the redevelopment of 2–4 Colne Road, Twickenham. Before submitting the planning application to the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, we would like to give local residents and businesses an opportunity to review the proposals and provide comments.
The Proposal
The proposed development comprises:
- 12 new residential apartments;
- ground-floor commercial and employment accommodation;
- associated cycle and refuse storage;
- access and servicing arrangements; and
- associated landscaping and external works.
The scheme has been developed following discussions with the Council and the project design and planning team.
We Would Like Your Views
We would particularly welcome comments concerning:
- the overall design and appearance;
- the scale of the proposed building;
- the residential accommodation;
- the ground-floor commercial/employment uses;
- access, parking and servicing;
- the relationship with neighbouring properties; and
- any other matters you believe we should consider before the planning application is submitted.
